Meatball Soup

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup canned tomato soup
- 1 clove garlic, pressed
- ¼ cup raw, diced onions
- 4 cups water
- 8 ounces raw ground beef
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, onions, salt and garlic. Mold into small meatballs, set aside.
- In a saucepan, bring water to boil. Add meatballs and tomato soup. Reduce heat to medium-low and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until meatballs are done, stirring frequently.
