Aromatherapy Baths
Aromatic baths can provide relief from stress and anxiety as well as set the mood for a romantic evening with your partner.To prepare, add 5-7 drops of essential oil to 2 tablespoonfuls (1 ounce) of carrier oil, then pour this mixture to your running warm bath water. Mix well before getting into the tub, and luxuriate in a long soak inhaling the mind-calming fragrance. Aromatherapy bath salts are also a wonderful alternative to wash away the stresses of the day.
For relieving fatigue and burnout, try jasmine, patchouli or sandalwood oils. To bust stress, try rose, lavender and ylang ylang oils.
