10. Essential oils
Massages can be a great way to relax and deal with pregnancy aches and pains but be careful which essential oils are used -- some may increase the risk of uterine contractions and early labor. Mandarin and neroli oils are widely considered to be safe options but it's wise to get the green light from a qualified aromatherapist or practitioner before you use essential oils.
