Greek Salad with Feta

- 1 large English cucumber, peeled and sliced ¼-inch thick
- 3 medium tomatoes, halved and sliced ¼-inch thick
- 1 large onion, halved and sliced ¼-inch thick
- 2 ounces feta cheese, sliced
- 8 olives, pitted and halved lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
Directions:
- Arrange alternate slices of cucumber and tomato across a large platter. Scatter onion, feta and olives over top. Drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with salt, oregano and pepper.
