Ingredients: (Conversion Chart)

  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup fat-free sour cream
  • teaspoon onion powder
  • teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons light canola oil mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Coat a saucepan with cooking spray. Add onion and saute over medium-low heat for 4 to 5 minutes or until translucent.
  2. In a bowl, mix onion with sour cream, onion powder, pepper and mayonnaise.
