Waist-Hip Ratio Calculator
The Waist-Hip ratio (WHR) measures the proportion of fat stored around your abdomen and hip area. In general, an apple shape (extra weight stored mainly around the abdomen) carries higher health risk including heart disease compared to a pear shape (extra weight stored mainly at the hips).
