  • ¼ cup fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • ¾ cup low-fat plain yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons low-fat granola

Directions:

  1. In a parfait glass or wineglass, spoon some strawberries, blueberries, yogurt, and granola. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used.
