Watermelon-Lemonade Spritzers
- 3 pounds seedless watermelon, cut into chunks
- 12 ounces pink lemonade concentrate
- Chilled seltzer or club soda
Directions:
- In a blender, puree watermelon in batches until smooth. Pour into a pitcher and stir in lemonade concentrate. Cover and refrigerate. To serve, fill glasses with ½ cup of the watermelon mixture, and top with seltzer and ice cubes.
