Mint Tea Punch

Ingredients: (Conversion Chart)

  • 3 cups boiling water
  • 12 sprigs fresh mint
  • 4 tea bags
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 5 cups cold water

Directions:

  1. In a large pitcher, place tea bags and mint sprigs. Pour boiling water into pitcher, and allow to steep for 6 to 8 minutes. Remove tea bags and mint.
  2. Stir in honey and sugar until dissolved, then pour in the orange juice and lemon juice, stirring to mix. Stir in the cold water, and serve over ice cubes.
