What you need:

One resistance band with handles, available at sporting goods stores.

Kneeling Push-up

  • Targets: Shoulders, arms, chest, back and abs
  • Reps: 15
  • Sets: 2
  • 1. Lie facing the floor, with hands and lower legs supporting body weight evenly. Place band across back of shoulders, handle in each hand.
  • 2. Contract abs, straightening arms and raising torso and thighs. Hold for 3 counts, then lower chest until almost touching floor and repeat.
