Kneeling Push-up
Targets: Shoulders, arms, chest, back and abs
Reps: 15
Sets: 2
1. Lie facing the floor, with hands and lower legs supporting body weight evenly. Place band across back of shoulders, handle in each hand.
2. Contract abs, straightening arms and raising torso and thighs. Hold for 3 counts, then lower chest until almost touching floor and repeat.
