Banish itchy, scaly skin

Biotin, an important B vitamin, is a nutrient that forms the basis of skin, nail and hair cells. Most people easily get enough biotin in their diet -- the nutrient is found in many foods including rice, oatmeal, bananas, eggs, and our body also produces some biotin on its own.
